Hey, everyone. Robert Bogino, realtor, here. We’re going to talk about the market. We all know it’s hot. We all know stuff is selling fast with multiple offers, but we’re going to talk about some things that are going on. That’s the great part about it, but we still have to think about the best way to sell a home to get you the most net profit in your pocket. Okay? Even though everything is selling, even some houses that need work, we want to get you the most qualified buyer and the best offer we possibly can. Let’s talk about what’s going on and why the highest offer may not even be the best sometimes.

In this market, even though everything’s hot, we’re going to talk about the different types of offers you can get. We’re going to talk about cash offers, conventional financing, FHA financing, VA financing, and what all the benefits and pitfalls to each of those types of loans are and those types of offers. They all carry different things with them, different types of requirements, inspections, all those things. We also talk about what is going on in the market with inspections and repairs. We go through your house first and tell you, “Hey, these things may come up,” so at least you know what to expect. We can usually negotiate all those things after due diligence or even before where we get an offer with no repairs to be asked for.
