Speaker 1: Hey guys, I’m here to tell you in the madness that’s going on in the world right now, now is the time to buy a house. These interest rates are crazy low, I’m sure you guys have seen the stories, so you can get loans now on houses for as little as 3% down and about 4% interest. So just to give you an example, I’m in a three bedroom, two bath house right now and this is priced at $170,000 and it’s recently renovated. So this is another example of what’s going on. I mean you see it’s got a nice fireplace behind me. I’ll kind of show you the house as we’re talking. Prices are dropping. We are expecting them to go down about 10 to 20%, which is good for you to buy. And on a house like this that’s $170,000 that means you  have to put down about $5,000 and then your payments are going to be about $787 a month and that’s at 4% interest. Some people are getting lower than that.

As we go through here, we’ll kind of look at the kitchen. So this is the kind of house you can get for that price and it’s probably less than you’re paying in rent right now. You got granite countertops, you got all brand new stainless appliances. Lets kind of walk through here and we’ll show you the rest of the house as we’re talking. The reason why I know these things is because I renovate and flip on houses myself and I’m getting nervous I have to sell my stuff fast and I have to slash my own prices. Let’s go take a look at the master in here while I’m talking. So again, this priced house, I mean look, you’re going to get those nice double vanities, you got the granite countertops in all the bathrooms. Real nice hardwood floors, everything brand new. Plenty big for a family.

Let’s see if we can take a look at the size yard in a house like this. Sorry the weather is a little rough but nice big fenced in backyard. I mean guys, you can’t beat it. Now is the time you do it. You’re going to have highly motivated sellers, they can’t move their inventory. Again, prices dropping. You’re going to get this house and I know a lot of people are worried about if they own a house and they don’t rent, they’re going to have all these repairs to deal with. I mean A, we’re going to find you a house that’s in good condition and B, we can do things like talk to you about getting home warranty, which helps protect you about those things. Again, this is what I do so I can show you all the little tricks to save you money and get you a good house.

We’ll go through these inspections when we’re here, I can tell you the age of the HVAC unit, the furnace, the water heater, all that stuff. Of course you see all that on a home inspection but at that point you’ve already spent $4 or $500 on a home inspection and loan origination fees so it’d be better to have someone that can deal with that right up front and we can walk into a house and right away know, hey, this is not the house to buy. .
