Hey guys, Boomer and I here. We’re at one of our own personal projects today. We just renovated this mobile home up here in Ball Ground, right on the Dawsonville Ball Ground line. So we have painted inside. Now we completely remodeled the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring. Let’s take a look inside. As you walk in here and see the big living room, and all the new flooring and paint. Let’s turn on the lights here. All right, so again, all new granite countertops, double sink basin, faucet’s replaced, plumbing updated. Boomer is checking, and making sure everything looks good. We are all new stainless steel appliances, hardware pulls for the cabinets. Nice stainless steel fridge there. Let’s take a look in this master. All right, should have the lights on. Again, this is mobile home in Ball Ground. It’s a three bedroom, two bath, with a nice double vanity with granite countertops in it.
Look at that nice soaking tub there, all those mirrors. Really nice looking shower around the corner here. So let’s go back through here. All right. This is the guest bathroom. It is a three, two. So a nice little family can live here, or whoever. Just remember, this is going to be listed this week. We’re going to put it at $125,000. Okay. So that’s a pretty good price for a nice renovated mobile home. Very affordable. It’s on a permanent foundation, so you would be able to get a loan on it. Everything is ready to go.
